SeGoal Security Innovations was founded in March 2009 by Nati Ackerman
and operates in four main areas:

We operate in the European, Asian and African markets. We work directly
through local representatives in various countries in the European market
and indirectly through Israeli and European multinational companies in
the European, Asian and African markets. Our local business partners in
Europe live and work in the target countries and have extensive experience
in strategic management, business development and sales. Being local, and
therefore, familiar with the local culture, both in general and in business;
gives us a significant advantage in our operations in the field.

Representation of Israeli companies worldwide

We represent Israeli companies worldwide. In this context, we perform
strategic analysis, and the necessary marketing activities are derived from
the results thereof. We perform business development and assist with the
penetration of new markets and sales for Israeli high-tech companies in the
homeland security market.

The above services and activities are performed both directly and through
local business partners in France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and
Romania, who are familiar with the local culture as mentioned above and act
on our behalf. Moreover, we are in partnership with Israeli companies that
represent us in the Asian and African markets.
Israeli companies that we represent are: BriefCam, VideoCells, and
Ex-Sight.

Finder Services

We introduce and connect Israeli companies seeking investors and/or
seeking to develop businesses abroad with international companies or
entities. Such international companies or entities invest in Israeli companies,
and/or perform market analysis, business development and penetration
into target markets, and in some cases perform overall business activity for
Israeli companies.

Business Entrepreneurship

SeGoal Security Innovations cooperates with entrepreneurs and innovators,
to develop and market products for local and global markets. We develop
products in various fields such as legal gambling (lottery, toto, etc.),
electricity, restaurants and so on.

Strategic Consulting

We advise start-up companies on how to penetrate world markets. Our
advice is based on a strategic analysis of company resources in relation
to the target market and our experience, knowledge and contacts in the
destination markets abroad.
