We operate in the European, LATAM, and the US markets, acting directly at the target markets of these continents, visiting customers and partners. Moreover, and in addition to our direct operations, SeGoal has very important partners – companies, in Europe, USA and LATAM, for regular operations and for common projects. At SeGoal we have extensive experience of more than 30 years in the international markets. We are highly competent in Strategic Management, Business Development and Sales, with outstanding business relationships in many countries. SeGoal is in direct business relationships with the authorities (Police, Army, Airports, Critical Infrastructure and Municipalities) in different countries. We are very much familiar with the local culture, both in general and in business, as we lived and managed in the target markets countries, for many years. This, give us a significant advantage in our operations in the field.

We represent Israeli Hi-Tech companies Worldwide. In this context, we perform strategic analysis, and the necessary marketing activities are derived from the results thereof. We perform business development, making the whole activities for the penetration of new markets and sales for Israeli High-Tech companies in the Homeland Security market.
Distribution – At SeGoal we have the knowledge of the whole process for penetrating a new market. We are active with Distributors and many Integrators in the target markets and are experienced with adopting technologies to local partner. That is, making the appropriate cooperation and match between the distributor/integrator and the company we represent, for deployment optimization. We then, follow up the whole process, supporting and motivating both sides; Company and Integrator for the day to day operation, for years, maximizing revenue and profitability.
Direct – in parallel to the operation above with Distributors and Integrators, we are very active with approaching End Users to support the Integrators penetrating the market. These End Users are as mentioned above and we are in close relationship with the Retail and Casino segments and more.
We introduce and represent Israeli companies seeking for investments. We operate with local investors as well as with international investors, looking for attractive Israeli technologies to invest in. We also work with strategic investors abroad, who are looking for using the technology for their own business activity. Such an investment is an important advantage for the company received the investment, as deployment is faster and much more efficient.
We consult start-up companies on how to penetrate the markets abroad. Our consulting is based on a strategic analysis of company resources in relation with the target markets and our experience, knowledge and contacts in the target markets abroad.
